BB Can’t connect to JVM solution
When you receive that kind of error, first go to “Control Panel” then go to “System and Security”, on the left pane find “Device Manager” and then click it. After that check on the “Universal Serial Bus”. Check it one by one under the “Universal Serial Bus” option.. Then on one of it, which is the one you plug your device, right click on it and then go to “properties”. After that go to power management and make sure to uncheck the box with the label “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
After that go back to your update process and click on the “retry” button to retry to connect to the JVM. Problem solved. good luck .

Well, there are still many ways to got it fixed. too bad this one doesn’t fix yours. But it really worked for me though. Good luck.
